We collect only what we need to quote and carry out a job:

Contact details you give us: your name, mobile number, email address and the property address where the work would happen.
Job details you describe, including anything you tell us about access, timing or the items to be removed, and any photos you choose to send.
Basic website data such as pages visited and general location, used to understand which areas we are being asked to serve.

How we use it

To prepare and send you a quote.
To schedule work, confirm arrival windows and keep you updated on the day.
To invoice you and keep records required for tax and insurance.
To answer questions you send us.

Text messages

If you tick the consent box on our quote form, we may text you about your request. Those messages cover quote follow ups, scheduling, arrival windows and service updates. Message frequency varies depending on your job. Message and data rates may apply.

You can stop the messages at any time by replying STOP. You can reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details at the bottom of this page. Consenting to receive text messages is never a condition of buying anything from us.

We do not sell, rent or share your phone number, your text message consent, or any of your contact information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information collected for the purpose of sending text messages will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Who we share information with

We share your information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only so far as they need it to do that work. That includes our messaging provider, our email provider, and our payment processor. They are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect our rights, our staff or the public.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and job records for as long as we need them for the work and for the periods required by tax and insurance rules. If you ask us to delete your details and we are not required to keep them, we will.

How we protect it

We limit access to your information to the people who need it to do their job, and we use reputable providers who encrypt data in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not keep information we do not need.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving text messages.
Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop those emails.
Contact us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made clear on the website.
