Terms of Service

These terms apply to this website and to the junk removal and hauling services provided by Wealth & Waste Management LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By using the site or booking work with us, you agree to them.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are based on the information you give us, usually volume and access. If what we find on arrival is materially different from what was described, we will tell you the revised price before we start, and you are free to decline. We will not load a truck and then present a different number.

Scheduling and access

We book arrival windows rather than exact times, because traffic and preceding jobs move. You are responsible for making sure we can reach the items, and for telling us about stairs, lifts, gates or parking restrictions in advance.

What we cannot take

We are not licensed to remove hazardous materials. That includes paint, solvents, fuels, asbestos, medical waste, ammunition and pressurised tanks. If we find these in a load we will leave them and point you to a licensed disposal route.

Ownership of items

By asking us to remove items you confirm you own them or are authorised to dispose of them. Once removed, items become our property and may be donated, recycled or disposed of at our discretion. Please check loads for anything you want to keep before we leave, since we cannot retrieve items after disposal.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Messaging terms

If you opt in on our quote form, Wealth & Waste Management LLC may send you text messages relating to your request. Specifically:

• What you will receive: quote follow ups, scheduling confirmations, arrival windows and service updates about your job.
• Frequency: message frequency varies depending on your job. Most customers receive a small number of messages around the time of their booking.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier may.
• Stopping: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that.
• Help: reply HELP, or contact us on (305) 000-0000 or hello@wealthandwaste.com.
• Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Not a condition: agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.

How we handle the information behind those messages is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for their marketing.

Liability

We carry insurance and we take care in your property. We are responsible for damage we cause through negligence. We are not responsible for pre existing damage, for wear consistent with removing large items through tight spaces where we have flagged the risk in advance, or for items disposed of after you asked us to remove them.

Cancellation

You can cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 24 hours before your window. Inside 24 hours we may charge a call out fee to cover the crew time we have already committed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
